Is this a real app, or my website in a wrapper?
The mobile foundation uses Expo and React Native to produce installable iOS and Android apps with native navigation and shopping screens. It is not a website shown inside a webview.
Do I need to rebuild my Shopify store?
No. Shopify stays the source for your catalog and commerce. The goal is to bring your existing store into the app, with an opportunity to review and refine the result. Automatic storefront importing is being developed during the pilot.
Will the app carry my brand?
Yes. Each merchant app has its own name, colors, icon, app identifiers, and build configuration. The example above shows how the same shopping foundation can take on different brand identities.
Can my team change the app later?
The shared foundation is designed to support merchant configuration without maintaining a separate codebase for every store. Which changes can ship as configuration and which need a new app build will be clear before release.
What do I need to publish?
You will need a connected Shopify store and the relevant Apple and Google developer accounts. App review, signing, privacy information, and submission are explicit steps. Store approval and launch dates cannot be guaranteed.
Can I use Truenative today?
Truenative is in a private pilot. The website includes a sample store, while the backend and shared mobile app are under active development. Request pilot access to discuss your store, fit, scope, and pricing before any commitment.
